Shipping Information

As we know that special weddings and special events are often planned with quite a strict budget in mind, shipping and delivery charges are included our in flower pricing. This is so you can have an immediate view of the precise cost of your flower package. We do not charge box fees or handling fees or any other suprise end-of-
sale costs.

We ship Overnight with FedEx/DHL/CalOver. With Priority Overnight shipping, orders
will be delivered by 10:30am (12.00 pm or 4.30pm for rural or remote locations).

We recommend that you plan all orders to arrive three (2-3) days prior to your event
or wedding.

All orders should be placed at at least 7 days prior to your desired delivery date.
Contact us at 818-244-3177 if you have a request that is more urgent.

FedEx deliveries are available Tuesday – Friday. Because all of our flowers are cut
per your order and shipped overnight, delivery is not available on Saturdays,
Sundays, Mondays or FedEx holidays.

We are unable to ship outside the U.S. or to a P.O. Box except for Canada.

SHIPPING WEDDING FLOWERS TO CANADA: We are able to ship Calla Lilies, Cymbidium Orchids, Gerbera daisies, Fresh Rose Petals, Freeze Dried Rose Petals, Roses, Hydrangeas, and Fresh Tulips to Canada. A $75.00 shipping surcharge will apply. This surcharge also includes the custom duties we pre-pay (so you do not have to pay this fee at the time of delivery). On smaller flower quantities (like our 30 Stems Calla Lily box, a surcharge of $32.00 applies). For most non remote areas in Canada, an Overnight delivery is available when we ship with FedEx International Priority®. An exact FedEx delivery commitment time can be obtained by sending us your zip code by email. If you place your order online, we will confirm this FedEx commitment time by email.

SHIPPING WEDDING FLOWERS TO HAWAII: We ship all our flowers (except for our mixed greenery box) to Hawaii. A shipping surcharge of $35.00 will be applied. You can order online and the surcharge will be added at the time of processing your order. With shipping our wedding flowers to Hawaii, generally FedEx has a commitment time of 5.00PM next day delivery. (you receive the flowers before 5.00PM).

SHIPPING WEDDING FLOWERS TO ALASKA: We ship all our flowers to Alaska. A shipping surcharge of $25.00 will be applied. You can order online and the surcharge will be added at the time of processing your order.

You may, of course order from outside the country if shipping to an address within the U.S. FlowersGrowers.com cannot be held responsible for wrong addresses, delivery delays due to extreme weather conditions, or recipients
unavailable to receive deliveries.
